Inspiration
Last month I went to Edinburgh for two days with a friend after I had cooked, and when I got back I found this in the rice cooker.
So this inspired me to do an imaginative and thought-provoking piece on life, civilisation.
I wrote a short story about a group of creatures that live in the small world of the rice cooker and their desire to get out of it.
On paper, I used my imagination to calculate the events this civilization would experience, creating an imaginary world. Considering that I didn’t have enough time to complete all the events on paper, I simplified it into a short story and created storyboards.
